For over two decades, Canadian icon Jennifer Parkin has carved out a unique space in the industrial scene as Ayria, a driving feminine force behind some of the genre's most addictive earworms. Fusing driving bass synths with addictive, stompy beats, Ayria has hooked listeners since 2003 with a sound that is as catchy as it is dark.
Blood Handsome - Los Angeles, CA (US)
Blood Handsome blends dark electronics and catchy, thought-provoking lyrics to create a brooding melancholy of sound.
Since debuting in 2017, the act has put its unique stamp on the scene, performing with acts such as Traitrs, Buzz Kull, Twin Tribes, The Soft Moon, and Forever Grey, as well as extensively touring the US and Europe. Blood Handsome’s most recent album, Nostalgia Hold, was released via LA-based label Strict Tempo and Germany-based Summer Darling Tapes, proving the project continues to evolve its sound.
Bootblacks – NY, NY (US)
Bootblacks is a Brooklyn-based post-punk band that was formed in 2010. The current lineup of the band consists of Panther Almqvist on vocals, Barrett Hiatt on synth, and Kalle Fagerberg on guitar. Bootblacks' sound is characterized by its brooding and atmospheric melodies, driving rhythms, and Almqvist’s emotive vocals. The band draws inspiration from the post-punk and darkwave movements of the 1980s, but also incorporates contemporary elements of electronic music into their sound.
Ductape – Ankara, Turkey
Ductape is a Turkish Post-Punk duo formed by Çağla Güleray (vocals, synthesizer) and Furkan Güleray (guitar,bass,drums). Emerging in 2019, the band blends melancholic melodies with energetic beats and Turkish/English lyrics full of pathos creating a unique sound influenced by 80's Post-Punk and Darkwave.
Renowned for their emotionally charged and energetic performances with hauntingly atmospheric tracks, Ductape quickly gained recognition within the global post-punk and goth scene. Since their debut, they have released four albums and two EPs, steadily building a passionate international following.

Frenchy and the Punk - New York, NY (US)
With infectious live energy and a wall of sound, powerhouse Post-Punk duo Frenchy and the Punk, bring a rare twist to the dark music scene through the use of live looping and dark surf tones via an electro-acoustic guitar from Hardcore Punk Veteran Scott Helland (who was a founding member of Hardcore band Deep Wound along with J Mascis and Lou Barlow, now of Dinosaur jr.). Coupled with synths, live percussion and powerful gothy and unforgettable vocals from French-born chanteuse Samantha Stephenson, their show is a fresh and exciting amalgamation of Post-Punk and Dark Alternative genres. Based in New York, Helland and Stephenson travel year-round touring extensively through the US and Europe.
genCAB - Philadelphia, PA (US)
“Sharp synthpop for delicate human compost”
Since reforming GENCAB in 2020, David Dutton has hit the ground running. "II transMuter" was released in 2008 and considered ahead of it's time structurally, blending elements from EBM and synthpop into song arrangements suited for aggressive rock .
After a long lay off they returned in 2022 with the full length LP "Thoughts Beyond Words", as well as the genre bending EP "Everything You See Is Mine".
GENCAB signed with Metropolis Records in 2023 and released the LP "Signature Flaws". The album was a meditation on one’s own demise, and introduced elements of shoegaze and post hardcore to the already densely amalgamated songs, and thus became something new unto itself.
Hallows- Los Angeles, CA (US)
HALLOWS is a Los Angeles-based dark electronic duo consisting of Vanee Dusoruth and Dom Rolando, originally from the African island nation of Mauritius, who discovered DIY punk shows as international students in Fargo, North Dakota. The band’s melancholic sound explores themes of longing and sadness inspired by 80s synth nostalgia, coupled with modern electronics, disco, and punk influences.

Klack is a U.S. based duo whose distinctive style is a fun, energetic combination of classic new beat, EBM, and synthpop intertwined with more modern electronic. Over the last five years Klack has played many North American and UK festivals such as ColdWaves (Chicago), Substance (Los Angeles), Canada's Terminus Festival, and the UK's Infest.
Male Tears – Los Angeles, CA (US)
Male Tears is a synthpop band from Los Angeles California founded by vocalist James Edward in late 2019. The project began as an artistic outlet for Edward who describes Male Tears as the result of a goths love affair with 1980s new wave, blending elements of darkwave, goth rock, EBM, and futurepop into a sound they call Dark Rave.
Male Tears is known for their immersive visual aesthetic, aiming to create a specific world that represents the sound of their music. This approach draws inspiration from bands like The Cure and Choir Boy, who are known for creating a whole vibe, not just music.

Normoria – Seattle, WA (US)
NORMORIA is a Swedish band founded by Angel Moonshine in 2017. Their uniquely dramatic sound fuses various styles, primarily within the Industrial and Dark electronic music genres. Recently relocated to Seattle, WA, after performing in several U.S. states, Normoria has spent years captivating audiences across Europe with their unapologetic themes and energetic performances. Their sound is powered by Johan Willenheimer’s bass, Gustav Hedberg’s guitar, their new American bassist Will Purcell, and the versatile vocals of singer-songwriter Angel Moonshine.

Octavian Winters – San Francisco, CA (US)
Octavian Winters was born into the ghostly isolation of San Francisco in 2022, during the third winter of the pandemic. Stephan Salit (guitar), Randy Gzebb (drums), Jay Denton (bass) and Ria Aursjoen (vocals, keyboards) together weave their visceral and ethereal sound into a texture all its own – of stories once told but half-remembered, under a dusk of shadows and stars, in an abandoned city under the winter moon.

XTR Human - Berlin, Germany
Born in fire and tempered in the batcaves and warehouse raves of Berlin, Johannes Stabel brings a leather-wrapped hammer to gothic nightlife. 00tz 00tz– Tampa, FL (US)
00tz 00tz (SPELLED with ZEROS pronounced like the sound of the beat in electronic music, namely industrial music) is an industrial music band. This industrial dark electronica project was originally created by then sole member Nicky Phoenix who prior, was a veteran musician on the metal/industrial scene.
Nicky Phoenix started up 00tz 00tz as a solo instrumental project in March of 2008. Later featured on the the release of 00tz 00tz's second Album "Frequency Damage" in 2010, was vocalist Krysta Veronica Button who then began to lend her aggressive voice and lyrics to the overall sound of 00tz 00tz. Both Nicky & Krysta musically evolved & blended both their vocals together on albums after.
